Your agreement with PixMorph AI for using our credit-based AI generation platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PixMorph AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing without parental approval.

If you are under this age, a parent or legal guardian must consent to your use of the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Service Features

Generations

  • Use provided templates for image-to-video or image-to-image generation.
  • Use the custom prompt editor to create videos or images, including start and end frame workflows.

Pripority AI Generation Engine

  • PixMorph AI may offer pripority generation access for both images and videos.
  • Pripority access allows faster processing and delivery of outputs compared to standard generation.
  • Pripority features may depend on your subscription tier or credit plan.

Moderation

  • We use strong moderation systems for uploaded images, prompts, and generations, including automated checks.
  • We may block, review, or remove content at our discretion.

Character Creation, Impersonation & Public Figures

PixMorph AI enables users to create AI-generated characters and synthetic media using user-provided content and fictional or generic character assets.

You may only upload videos, images, or audio that you own or have explicit permission to use. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for any content you upload to the Service.

You may not use PixMorph AI to impersonate, recreate, or misrepresent any real person without their explicit consent, including but not limited to celebrities, public figures, influencers, politicians, or private individuals.

Use of the Service to create content that falsely appears to depict or sound like a real person, or that could reasonably cause confusion about a person’s identity, endorsement, or involvement, is strictly prohibited.

PixMorph AI does not provide celebrity likenesses, public-figure assets, or voice models of real people. All provided characters and voices are synthetic, generic, or fictional.

We employ moderation systems designed to detect and prevent misuse, including public-figure impersonation. We may block, review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

You acknowledge that any misuse of the Service in violation of these terms is solely your responsibility. PixMorph AI and FrontendLead, LLC are not responsible for user-generated content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with legal authorities in response to suspected violations.

Use of Content for AI Processing and Model Improvement

PixMorph AI does not independently train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models using your uploaded images, videos, audio, or prompts.

To provide the Service, PixMorph AI transmits user inputs to third-party AI service providers for processing. Such providers may process data in accordance with their own terms, policies, and service agreements, which may include use of data to improve their services or models.

PixMorph AI does not control how third-party AI providers internally process, retain, or improve their models, and makes no representations regarding their training practices beyond what is disclosed in their respective policies.

Where available, PixMorph AI endeavors to use providers and configurations that limit retention or training on user data, but such limitations may vary by provider, region, or service tier.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your content by third-party AI providers as necessary to generate outputs.

No Endorsement or Affiliation

AI-generated content created using the Service does not represent real endorsements, affiliations, or statements by any person or entity.

PixMorph AI does not endorse, sponsor, or affiliate with any individual depicted or referenced in user-generated content.

Ownership of AI Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated outputs you create using the Service.

PixMorph AI retains ownership of the Service, underlying models, templates, and technology used to generate outputs.

You may use, share, and monetize your outputs, provided such use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Deceptive or Misleading Synthetic Media

You may not use the Service to create or distribute deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent synthetic media, including so-called “deepfakes,” that could reasonably be interpreted as real or authentic.

This includes content intended to mislead others about a person’s identity, actions, statements, endorsement, or involvement.

You are responsible for clearly disclosing AI-generated or altered media where required by law or platform policies.

Credits & Pricing

PixMorph AI operates on a credit system. Plans provide a fixed number of credits that can be redeemed for generating images or videos.

Pricing may vary by region and may change over time. Credit allowances are defined per plan, such as weekly or annual subscriptions.

Credits are licenses to use the Service, not currency. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may expire if the Service is changed or discontinued.

Billing & Refunds

App Store Purchases

  • Purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. Refunds must be requested directly through Apple.
  • Purchases on Android are processed by Google Play. Refunds must be requested directly through Google Play.

Web Purchases

  • For first-time web orders only, email support@pixmorph.ai within 14 days to request a refund.
  • We may issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase for eligible first-time orders, subject to our review.
  • Refunds may be limited if significant credits have been used. Repeat or returning purchases are not eligible for this guarantee.

Auto-Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Cancelation prevents future charges but does not refund prior payments.
  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure

PixMorph AI uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to generate images and videos from your inputs.

All content created through our Service is AI-generated and synthetic. Generated content may not be accurate, realistic, or suitable for all purposes.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unexpected results inherent to machine learning systems.

When sharing AI-generated content, you must comply with applicable laws regarding disclosure of synthetic or altered media.

AI Outputs & Responsibility

Outputs may resemble real people or copyrighted works. We make no guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for how you use outputs, including compliance with laws on intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and disclosure of synthetic or altered media.

If you publish or share outputs, you must ensure they do not mislead others or cause harm.

Data & Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to sell or share non-sensitive information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, user contact details, and generation data with third parties including data brokers.

Personal information including names, email addresses, and phone numbers may be used for tracking purposes, which includes combining your data with third-party data for targeted advertising and advertising measurement.

Passwords and sensitive authentication details are never sold or shared.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activity, create harmful or exploitative content, impersonate others, or bypass our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyright is infringed, contact support@pixmorph.ai with the required DMCA notice details.

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FrontendLead, LLC from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your content, outputs, or misuse of the Service.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Mateo County, California, under U.S. federal arbitration law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing support@pixmorph.ai.

Service Changes & Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or pricing at any time.

Credits and features may be lost if the Service is discontinued.

We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Export & Sanctions Compliance

You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to embargoes or sanctions.

You agree to comply with all U.S. and international export control laws.

Disclaimers

The Service and outputs are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of outputs, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
